• Rental Fee $100.00 for Pierson Township Residents and

           $125 for non-residents  *

• Sunday rentals start at 1 pm and are $60.00. *

• 2-hr meeting blocks for $25 and a half day rate if sharing with a meeting reservation.  See application for details.

• $50.00 Refundable Deposit Fee.

• Alcoholic beverages can now be served at the hall during a rental (not sold) with a "day" rider from renter's insurance company. Renter can obtain this from their personal insurance company for $20-30 for the day of the rental.  See the hall application for further requirements. 

• Located in Basement of Pierson Township Hall.

• Plenty of guest parking on both levels.

• Snowy? It will be plowed and salted.

• Capacity: 80

• Chairs, and tables provided: 4 eight foot tables, 10 six foot tables, and 7 five foot tables (additional tables are in the shed, if not out on rental date.

• Kitchenette has full size refrigerator, microwave, sink, and stove/range, however, no dishwasher.

• Separate Men’s & Women’s Bathrooms (baby changer in ladies room).

• Outdoor tents are allowed in the parking area (sand bags or weights not stakes or anchors.)
