Pierson Township along with Nelson and Ensley Township's are working on raising Capital for the Sand Lake Fire Department - under the direction of Nelson Township! Raising Capital Funds will help Pierson with Capital "Buy-In" and grow funds for Fire Equipment and a New Truck in 2029!

Currently there is a Pop Can for Parks Drive going on. There are clean trash totes outside the township hall for donations of cans & bottles.
