  • Late tax payments must now be made at the County Office.
  • Tax payments may be dropped in the drop box at the front of the township building.  They are also accepted at Independent Bank.  You must bring the tax bill.
  • Township Board Meetings: 2020 Meetings will be the third Tuesday! All meetings are open to the public.
  • Master Planning Meetings are complete. Draft on the agenda for the Township Board to be determined. 
  • Master Planning Public Hearing - TBD at 7 pm.
  • Parks & Recreation Committee is now meeting quarterly. Meetings for 2020 are Thursdays at 5 pm:  January 16, April 15, July 16, and October 15.
  • Road Committee meetings will be Wednesdays: January 15, April 15, July 15, and October 21. Road meetings are at 7 pm.
  • Pierson Township Ordinance regarding Winslow Park will be come effective January 2020. 
  • Meeting minutes are available for review at the Township hall, and posted once approved at the following meeting. If you are unable to view, please email the clerk or come visit the Clerks office during business hours.
  • Pierson Township Hall is available for rental. Please contact the Clerk office for availability. $50 Rental fee and $50 deposit (returned after inspection).

  • Election Information: Please contact the Clerk if you wish to be placed on the permanent Absentee Voter List.  Available to all voters due to 18-3. Once on the list an application will be mailed to voter. Once request is completed and returned to the Township, a ballot will be mailed in secretive brown envelope with instructions on how to complete and return (return envelope included).
